We are a growing business based in Brisbane, Australia and a subsidiary of Climate Hope Pty Ltd that has been helping households, local businesses, and not for profit organisations reduce their electricity cost while tackling the impact of climate change since 2018.

369 Property exists to help tackle the issues around housing affordability and homelessness, two of the major challenges faced by our society today and more crucially in the future; And to leave a lasting legacy for the future generations: our children, their children's children, and so forth.

Our hope lies with various members of the communities working together proactively, coherently, and persistently toward our common goals, one step at a time while looking out for one another to the best of our abilities.

Ultimately, we believe in Jesus Christ our God and Saviour and in radically sharing the love, grace, and mercy He has afforded us in the first place - firstly within the local communities we belong to here in South East Queensland and with every person we will cross path with in the future i.e. clients, business partners & associates, suppliers, regulators, and other valued stakeholders & community members.

At 369 Property we are also passionate about channeling the profit we make to support and bless others especially those who are in most need. Social justice along with environmental footprint and economic viability are 3 areas we strive to balance as we deliver meaningful and sustainable impacts to the communities we belong to.

We do this through our business dealings and other meaningful contributions including time, know-how, network, and financial sponsorship toward various local not-for-profit and other community-focused organisations who share the same values and mission of serving members of our communities impacted by poverty, homelessness, disadvantaged youths, domestic/family issues, and other social challenges.
